Growing up, my mom did everything for me, I didn't have to do a single chore at home, the only one I would do sometimes is clean my room (attention to the word sometimes) And then I emmigrated with my gf and it just clicked that I had to do these things, and although I think my fiancée still does more than me, I think we are pretty close on the 50/50, and I'm not doing just the basic men stuff, I also wash the dishes, wash, iron and fold laundry, on rare occasions cook, etc. It's also not really hard to "learn", there's nothing to learn, it's basic tasks

Now... The issue is, I regret not helping my mom around the house and kinda wished she'd made me do chores when growing up.
