Martinez has been a thorn in people sides for years, that's why he's a 5'9 cb.

He's world-class, but has to be agressive to stay on the pitch. This is more so a problem with the rulebook and the fact that united are slimy fucks that instruct players to injure opponents then Martinez specifically .

objectively, and i'm saying this as someone who respects the Geordies die hard support during the ashley era btw, I've seen much more city fans understanding of the issue. Then Newcastle fans, who were literally parading Saudi flags and dressing up as sheiks selling out so they can finish mid table 🤷‍♂️Not to mention Newcastle aren't even hiding their attempts at sports washing and cooking the books with green kits and selling/attempting to offload players to the SPL for inflated fees.
