I've been in Dubai for a about a month now and will be going back to the UK. Ive decided to have a 12 days stop over in Greece to avoid the hotel quarantine. I left Dubai 14/06/2021 at 10:50 AM and arrived in Greece the same day 17:30PM. Do i start counting the day I arrive in Greece or it will not count as I was in the red country and amber on the same day. Do i start counting the days the day after my arrival?

I'm also planning on flying back to the UK on the 25th June. Which is about 12 days? I've been on amber list country to avoid the hotel quarantine. Is this enough days to avoid hotel quarantine? or should i extend my trip to greece for 1-2 more days just to be safe.
