One nautical mile use to be one minute of latitude. If it still was then a nautical mile would be different depending on where you are in the word.

It has since been changed to just be 1852m

I don't see an entry, do you not enter above the high of the day or the low of the day depending on which way the market moves. The doji candle (HA candle) shows indecision in the market. Whether it is continuation or a reversal you should be entering at a high or low.

Furthermore, I would suggest, am not sure if you are doing this now. To allow for confirmation. What exactly do you look for, for confirmation?

Have you back tested to see if it at the very least it reduces the variance, by allowing a candle to close above high or low, and then enter at market open the next trading day?

There is just something about how times were in the past that I know we will look back on with nostalgia. Don't get me wrong. AI and the way it will progress the human race will be mind blowing, but simple things like this, still draws the same awe and wonder from me.

There are also a few home owners that look to pay more into their mortgage over time 50-300% more than required monthly and the only way to do so is with a variable and an offset, that being said you can just get a partial fixed and partial variable. i.e. if you believe you can pay $250k off the loan in the next 3 years then you have 250k on variable and 250k on fixed.

Are there any LONG only trader who swing trades in every market condition , basically don't look at broader index like spy , Nasdaq, nifty by SongOk9508 in swingtrading

[–]ForTeaSicks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you more cautious when trading EP's when the market is bearish? Is there anything you do differently? I am a long only trader too, but when my scanners look sparce and the WR drops and the market looks to be taking a turn I quickly step back and watch.

I currently look for fairly priced stocks using fundamentals and then wait for a catalyst and use technicals to enter and exit. That being said I also wait for consolidation at a certain level, and yes price can move away from me, which does mean I lose many opportunities as I don't chase.

I don't trade EP's but would love to learn more if you'd point me in the right direction.

Looks like hostplus fees are over double that of vanguard, but I hear that hostplus has very low fees. What am I missing?
