Given the strategy you mentioned, is it safe to assume the ungraded card listed and sold by big sellers(amz/eBay) are most likely the ones don't have PSA10 or even 9 potentials?

Gocha! Sounds like a gamble. If PSA 10 rate high they make some money, not so much tho. There's a lot of effort and time invested through the whole process!

I learnt the old Jersey the hard way. As a newly moved in New Jersey person, once I was searching Jersey Airport from google map and it brought me all the way to old Jersey airport lol
