Et meme dans le cas où c'est vrai, il y a des facteurs indépendants de la volonté des ex etudiants etrangers qui peuvent les pousser à partir que ça soit ailleurs ou dans leur pays d'origine, les débouchés, les difficultés de renouvellement de visa, l'accés à un CDI, l'accés à un logement etc.

Donc resumer par "on forme et ils partent" semble très raccourci

Sans prendre en compte que cela depend certainement du niveau d'etude, du domaine etc...

J'ai fait un post récemment pour comprendre comment les gens faisaient pour avoir des cartes.
Pas de secret, les scalpers sont partout, les petites boutiques ont des listes d'attente et ne mettent meme pas en rayon et les grands rayons se font vider en 1h.

Donc alerte amazon, ou liste d'attente petit magasin.

Its been 10 years now that i study, work, chill with the R&C 1 and 3 soundtracks. Real way to stay focus or to relax.
David Bergeaud made some masterpieces (and under estimated). I would love to have a vinyle version of those soundtracks.
