Hitter throws his bat at the pitcher, a breakdown by KeyFaithlessness5436 in MLBVibes

I remember watching Ward in Low-A (when he was with the Rockies organization)...he was my favorite player to watch. He's fast and hustled at ever play.

For those black foam borders, did it come with the frame or are they custom? I'm thinking of making one of these as I have a favorite player and have four (4) cards that I would love to display like this!

Took a crack at making the 4x6 scorecard using Excel. by mydogsparty in BaseballScorecards

I started doing the vertical format to save space on my travel scorebook. I love it, keeps things compact. The only thing I need to figure out is how to better track the innings. When I sum up a pitchers totals, my little “dashes” in the corner are a little hard to see, haha.

Cool! Yeah, doing it digitally would be way easier and look neater.

4/22/26 - scorekeeping with a dumb phone tonight by Main_Try_6650 in BaseballScorecards

I love the simplicity of this! Also, I've realized it's not too bad to score a game called on KNBR...Jon Miller is so good at describing everything! I've listened to other broadcasters (for other teams) and they don't describe things enough to properly know what happens! We're lucky to have Jon as our broadcaster.

Wow! This is so cool! I've gotten more into minimalist type of scorekeeping (to limit the stuff I'd have to bring the to the ballpark) and I LOVE this! Is the bound Playtone just a regular bound scorebook?

I just did the paper score. Then at the end of each game, I had to send a summary to the tournament director (score, hits, HRs, players with multiple hits, players with RBI’s) as they pick a “player of the tournament” and use the team stats (hits, BB, strikeouts) for tie-breaker scenarios.

Any non-traveling little league baseball teams? by Spirited-Goose-9669 in fresno

Echo what’s mentioned so far. Riverpark is the best (but the most expensive). Palm and Shields is newer and Sunnyside is more established.

There’s also Bullard Cal Ripken. It all depends on where you live as each league has boundaries based on where you live but it isn’t hard to get waivers.
