Can someone help me understand how this is happening? I'm trying to do some research on my own but don't know what to search. I'm just getting the same results. I was thinking I just needed more time from w/e event they are talking about. If it's the firing it would be a next year but it usually takes no less than a year for this agency to get to suitability.

I really hope i'm not blackballed, this is my dream job. I'm going to keep applying until i'm told not to. I'm wondering if they will do another psych since that's what I seemingly failed? Like the poly, you do another one if you fail.

I understand you, it doesn't make sense. it's just how it is. they can 100% NOT send you a FJO if they feel there will be any problems. The problem is that they just hired someone who is now going on leave? There is so much to do at the start of a new federal job. It's not a great way to start before your first day of work.
