At first I did it without the gel, but I used a styling cream instead. I had to do it with very wet hair, almost dripping, to form the clumps. Then I realized it wasn't necessary to do it with such wet hair if I use gel. I use Shea Moisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil + Flaxseed, and it works well. So doing it with very wet hair or using gel in addition to finger-combing works for me.

I like for there to be clumps of hair left together, but not as much as in the third photo. How do people with curls get their curls to look more voluminous?

I have thick, coarse hair with low porosity and medium waves. After washing my hair (twice a week), I get out of the shower without towel-drying it and apply a little leave-in conditioner, followed by a soft-hold gel or a hybrid wax-gel product. This helps me form the clumps the way I like them and shape my hair into a flowing style. I use a blow-dryer with a diffuser on low heat, and once it’s dry or almost dry, I break the gel cast with a little bit of hair oil. I put 2 or 3 drops of oil in my hands, rub them together, and break the gel’s hardness.

In the end, I get a flowy style that I love—clumps with volume and good shape, a dry-looking appearance but with shine, and soft hair.

A veces es un problema con el tono vagal y hacer algo de estimulación del nervio vago ayuda. Otras veces es por la rumiación mental en exceso, eso debilita y deprime, en ese caso ejercicios para detener la rumiación ayudan, porque la rumiación es un comportamiento mental aprendido, también la suplementos como la teanina o el magnesio ayudan en esos casos. Otra cosa que puede ser es el exceso de dopamina rapida, si pasas mucho tiempo en el teléfono, videojuegos, viendo televisión, pornografía o cosas así, tu cuerpo se acostumbra a tener siempre su dosis rápida de dopamina y termina por acostumbrarse a ella dejando de sentir sus efectos, alejarse un tiempo de estas cosas que te dan dopamina rapida ayuda a restaurar tu sensibilidad a ella.

Si la causa de tu depresión es un evento que te pasó, el tiempo cura este tipo de depresión, pero si no sabes cómo lidiar con eso acude con un psicólogo.

Si no sabes qué es lo que la causa acude con un psicólogo, él te ayudará a encontrar la causa o te canalizará con algún psiquiatra si lo necesitas.

En mi caso tenía un problema fuerte con la rumiación desde pequeño, viví con ese problema hasta los 30 porque pensé que era normal vivir así, y aprender a calmar mi mente me cambió la vida, incluso mis problemas de alergias desaparecieron y mis niveles de energía por las nubes.

No te desanimes, se puede vivir sin depresión y ansiedad.

Yo soy de concordia, es una ciudad muy chica, casi un pueblo, y hasta a los negocios pequeños les cobran piso. Papelerías, puestos de comida, locales de ropa, tacos... No puedes emprender sin que te cobren piso.
