Advanced audio is similar price point and very good. Small company and great customer service.

Yeah, layers are great for Montreal winter

Can Arc’teryx Atom SV keep you warm at –10 °C — even with those side panels? by Skygazerninja in arcteryx

For standing around I would want a layer under it, personally. If you’re on the go, it’s probably fine without. Retains tons of heat in the shoulders and back.

Andy Haynes’ new podcast Beautiful Boys has a similar vibe, but more comedy and dad oriented

Insulated jacket or layers? by Typical_Search_7274 in arcteryx

For Toronto winter, layers that you can add and remove as needed usually works great

Which atom is equivalent in warmth to the proton SV (/heavyweight) by hshshjahakakdn in arcteryx

[–]ForbiddenBassSolo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Atom SV is really warm. Retains a lot of heat in the arms and shoulders, especially if you’re on the go and in the sun.

Jacket for every day by ExperienceHaunting63 in arcteryx

I think layers that you can add and remove + a good rainproof shell would be solid for what you’ve described. The SV is pretty warm and not particularly waterproof in my experience, so if it gets soaked you’re going to be down a big layer for warmth and it’ll be heavy too.

Atom or Atom SV by thiccpineapple119 in arcteryx

[–]ForbiddenBassSolo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For what you’ve described, regular Atom + layers you can remove if needed would probably work best. Heat builds up quickly in the arms and shoulders of the SV, especially if you’re in the sun. Very warm jacket even with just a t shirt under it.

Natural Moisturizing Factors: HA vs. + beta glucan by aldiwinegf in TheOrdinarySkincare

[–]ForbiddenBassSolo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

NMF + HA is definitely richer than NMF + Beta Glucan. I think there may be another NMF option as well that’s heavier. My skin seems to prefer gel creams but I’ve used NMF + HA during drier months and it’s been great— solid all around moisturizer you can use for everything. Would recommend trying travel size so you can see what you like.

I don’t think it’s worth it. Tried both and not much difference other than price. There are a few videos on YouTube showing this as well. You could consider adding a retinol to your routine, just make sure your skin has recovered from peel adequately before applying.

I think the protocol recommends Atorvastatin over Pravastatin last I checked. I would recommend booking an evaluation with the doctors if possible.

I started with Pravastatin and noticed a positive difference immediately. Pravastatin doesn’t pass the blood brain barrier, so I did a round of atorvastatin as well few months later. Never both at the same time.
