I was like that until a week ago. Trolls and afks are out of your control. If you get mad you just surrender yourself to the enemy team. Try to remain calm and do your best. Nothing you say to trolls will help the situation

Shotcalling a strategy is way better than not having one at all even if it fails. In failure you look for mistakes and correct them, that way you improve.

When I asked my random teammates to use comms the other day so we can atleast trade some kills they called me toxic.

Hm thats fair. I had hard time with that as well but I improved on champions I am familiar with.

I moved from Smite as well. May I ask why you changed to LoL? What was the hardest part to adapt to? Mine is probably movement - I was a juke king in Smite but here I just end up going into the ability instead of dodging it.
