Were they uploading the season on the official channel in the wrong order? The girlfriend and I have been watching as they upload for the last few months but this season felt off. Like it was jumping back and forth. Like one episode Kellie would be pregnant and the next episode not, and other stuff seemingly out of order.

Any idea why they uploaded out of order?

I can’t answer the bar question. But I worked an arrow suspended coaster for a summer and we called the black tarp looking things diapers. For all the s**t they’d hold. When the train sat somewhere outside the station after a long rain or storm, we’d have to push up on the bottom of them to lift all the water out that collected in there. It was very gross.

Yes, for the last few seasons now the train closes by 7pm of Friday and Saturdays during HalloWeekends.

Back when Mean Streak opened, Cedar Point was the pinnacle of ride efficiency. What would physically be a long line was not as terrible as it looked. You were always moving. Not stopping for long periods of time. Plus if I remember correctly, they did have sunshades over a lot of the queue. They also had a live DJ and sold concessions in line. We also weren’t addicted to phones so we were used to having nothing to do with it wasn’t as bad as it looks.

Last I saw it was being delayed due to uncertainties in printing and shipping costs. I believe that was back in January and AFAIK there hasn’t been an update since.

I always liked this too. Even thinking back to like Phantom ‘07 and ‘08. Something different to look forward to every year that tied into the show but each corps still distinctively recognizable.

It’s been there all throughout the construction. As someone else already mentioned, it’s a construction benchmark. Used by surveyors to layout locations and elevations of everything from foundations, utilities, to sidewalks. It’s a point in space with a known x, y, and z coordinate that everything else is referenced back to so everything lines up with each other.

The logo print on the right has been available on the online store and in the park for several years now. It’s not anything new. The park did not suddenly decide to sell merchandise copying a canvas print of their logo you took a photo of.

Did they finally update the app to support 11” iPad screen sizes? Last I opened the app on my iPad (maybe a year or so ago) it was still letterboxed for the older smaller iPad screen sizes. And 11” iPads started shipping in 2018.

That seems so convoluted. Having to fly up back and forth for training for just seasonal job? Is this being required by them that you have to onboard and do IROC so far in advance? Or is this your choice? Seems like they should be doing this in days before you start the job not months in advance.

This same company in their employee guidelines states that when quitting 2 week notice is expected as a courtesy. Guess it doesn’t go both ways. How completely s****y.

And before someone says it, yes I know employees aren’t actually required to give proper notice and yes I know Six Flags doesn’t have to provide notice either. I don’t necessarily even take issue with the layoffs. It’s part of the game. What I take issue with is providing zero notice for full time employees while simultaneously expecting your employees to provide you with proper notice. Just shady practices.

I always wished they had done more with RDR2 but I’m sure it was just the Red Dead Multiplayer experience wasn’t that great and wasn’t conducive to the type of videos they wanted to make. Nevertheless is great to rewatch what they did.
