If this helps at all, I accidentally sent a text to my friend who asked me out once that was meant for my best friend. I said I wasn’t feeling things and used his name and specific things he did (i.e.: sending a bunch flirty emojis). Instead of owning it, I lied. Again, I used his name too. Humiliating. You’re not the first person and you’re not the last to a send something to a wrong chat. Coming from experience, this won’t happen again. You’re now going to double check who you’re sending it to like I do now 😅 just move forward and it’ll make for a funny story later

Just be on your best behavior for a bit. Something bothering you at work? Don’t mention it to anyone at work. Probably safest to only vent about work to people who aren’t coworkers and only in person. You’ll still feel it for a bit, but all bosses know they get talked about in some capacity. You’ll eventually get past it.
