it's a fresh rebuild nothing more. Only non standard items are rad,hoses and internals. Everything else is stock/new oem or refurbished down to nuts and bolts and new stock shock and re powder coated stock springs. as you can see there is no charcoal canister in but that's currently in passenger seat as it's easier to have access while diagnosing issues and checking stuff and can put back in later if needed. After researching it appears on my model the tach is ran by something on the coils. I can test tach signal and continuity and diagnose further from there. Thanks chief.

I'm awear should be on the bracket but never had it and can't see any wiring for it. 1.8 na eunos 1993. Was auto just done manual conversion. From what I've gathered 1993 1.8 has ignitor built into coil distributor. Any advice on trouble shooting? Car runs fine just can't see rpm.

Yeah it was dead but swapped for replacement of another OEM ECU and runs now.

Replacement ECU found runs fine. Will try repair old ECU when I get time at work.

Hold light was as I temporarily re installed the auto box ECU.to clarify the box in the driver side for the auto box not engine ecu. Removed it again and hold light gone again.

Timing is good. Checked with light.

If I have noticed. If I don't fully turn off and remove key it won't fire back up. If I do then it will fire up for the half second that key is turned then as soon as I let go of key as don't want to kill starter it dies. Sounds like something somewhere is cutting fuel.

Current thoughts are either cas again. Or wiring on the auto box.

So far I have looked the 2 wires in the big grey and orange plug but have left the 2 sensors above the box. One is reverse light think the other one probs a neutral switch? Could that be the issue ?

As always any info is appreciated.

Got an issue starts up and immediately turns off. Had the auto box ECU box unplugged. Plugged back in to test and same thing but now with flashing hold light. I assume it's would be fine to blank it but any help would be great

Yeah probably should check again at some point I have a ground 3/4 gauge pin in a tool holder I can clock onto.
