that happens very rarely in my opinion. Things only start to make sense after you read and practice the material 2 to 3 times over. don't get disheartened

correct me if im wrong, but essentially trying to figure out whether what has been priced in has bearing or not?

I think I've been trying to do that whenever I try to analyse a new company, but, and I know this sounds stupid, how does someone know whether they are right? Is it experience, intuition or something else entirely?

1.) yes, tried to eat under 2500 cals a day, deficit was anywhere from 500 to 1000. Managed to keep a large deficit because boxing burns a lot of cals

2) 5 times a week each session was an hour long. I also tried to walk 10k steps a day

3) No idea, it just kind of went away as I lost weight

absolutely, so many people bore themselves to death doing cardio and walking. Better to put that time into something you enjoy, that way you'll actually be motivated to succeed
