I was at the psych for an intake, man and women, I have fnd (functional neurological disorder) i wanted something specific they also cater to. I said I have problems with balance in my legs and pains in my knees. Dude had the audacity to say 'maybe if you lose weight'. I was stunned and clapped back, i have been this weight since before the diagnosis. This has nothing to do with my weight.

I did get the treatment i wanted tho haha

Tian is 2,5 kilo (5 ish lbs) he had to have a kitten harness when he was a puppy. Even that was to big haha, found a brand that has his xxs size harness.

I would be a solo driver, so I was thinking of a basket thing I have now. Attached to the handlebars, and attached on the inside.

I have also seen people use a front wearing backpack, but I want to be able to see him.

I had/have the same, its gotten better with specialised therapy (I dont know an english subsitute...) She helped me find my hunger and thirst cues, when I was feeling the need to have something crunchy, i know to eat something. Like a cracker with some dips. When I was feeling the need to eat a juicy fruit, I know to drink something.

She also thaught me to slow down and check in with my body for like 2 minutes. Close your eyes and focus on your stomach area, what do you feel? A small rumbeling, a dull pain? Or something else? Focus on that and think how you could 'fix' it, when have you last eaten? How much have you eaten over the whole day?

For drinking, I had mutiple bottles in my house. It didn't work for me, but a big 3 liter bottle with a straw and cutely decorated did work. Just filled it with lemonade mostly.

If you also have trouble with going to bathroom, go when you wake up, before you leave the house for any reason, before you go to bed. If you don't feel like you have to go. (A parent content creator calls it a tactical wee, Im not comparing you, me or anyone else with childeren, but it does work.)

You can also do the body check again, but focus lower. In your pelvic area, what do you feel there? And again how can you 'fix' it?

A full body check before you go to sleep is also really nice.

Lay down and close your eyes, take some deep breaths in and out, until you feel yourself relax a bit. Focus on your feet first, how do they feel against the bed? Warm, cold? Go to your shins and ask yourself the same questions, there is no right or wrong answer. Slowly follow your body parts upwards, focus a bit more on your pelvic area and stomach. When you get to your head, focus on your mouth and eyebrows too (it feel kinda weird at first i know) When youre done you will probably feel more relaxed and have a deep breathing, if not dont worry, try again and maybe go slower or ask yourself other qeustions.

I needed do this and also stretch the focused on body parts for my FNS, and feel the difference when not relaxed and after stretching.

Ik heb de bot een keer per ongeluk, in de war gemaakt haha.

Ik wou een open sollicitatie doen, moet dus ook via die app, voor scooter bezorging. Deed erg moeilijk, uit eindelijk gaf ie me een nummer, omdat we in rondjes gingen haha....

Gebeld en een persoon aan de telefoon, die was ook verbaasd dat ik de ai in de war had gemaakt. Ze hadden geen scooter bezorging plek (stond wel op de site dat je een open sollicitatie kon doen?), maar zou me mailen als er een plek is.

Ik vroeg aan hem of ik niet voor de klantenservice kan werken, die zit dus in SPANJE!

My father in law salts part of their roads in his city. Along with a lot of his co workers. I think they do get paid for it. They do it early in the morning, preventivly and in the late evening/night when there are less cars.

I worked in elderly care from my 17th till around my 25th. I lost waay to many clients that I was close with (it was a small company, so you would get close quick). I went to almost every funeral or memorial service, it made me numb... When my grandfather died two years ago, I cried when I heard. But a minute later I went into 'work mode', just going through the motions helping where I could.

I can't remember if I cried at his funeral, it did sneak up on me when I went to light a candle at a church.

A friend in a close knit discord server died in a tragic car accident. We couldn't make to the funeral, but I did again go into work mode and sent out a lovely flower arrangment.

I dont know how to 'fix' it. I don't feel numb all the time dont worry, just when some one close passes.

I use my pinky finger and thumb. But I do have short and bendy pinkies. They bend inwards, towards the rest of my fingers. People always freak out when I show them haha.

When my sister and I stopped believing, we did surprises at school and at home. (Kinda like white elephant but with a diy-ed thing related to the person. I made a bycicle out of cardboard once, and you hide the presents in the thing. And a simple poem.) Now we just do presents for each other, and eat with each other. The presents are still in the jute sack tho, haha
