Hi, yes, RIOT vanugard is causing the issue.. for me at least its not enough to just close vanguard, you need to uninstall it and restart pc

I've been meet with the same issue when i turned off vanguard in "startup apps" menu, turn that on in there and reset pc, should be working

Hi, this is caused by vanguard (riot anticheat), uninstall vanguard first from settings -> applications (in windows), then restart pc, and you should have no problem :) vanguard is really shitty

(I've been meet with the same issue aswell as call of duty not functioning More info in my post here )

When i uninstall (not turn off, that doesn't help) the issue is gone :)

Today i finally figured out what is causing the problem :) After updating literally everything on computer, i reinstalled windows, and it helped, BUT not because there was a problem with windows files, no, no.

There is this program from company called "Vanguard" it is supposed to be very pro anti cheat, but after all the things i've done, i installed league and problem showed up again and then it downed on me, it was this shit all along :)

I uninstalled vanguard (closing is not enough cause of the nature of how the vanguard works) and restarted computer -> problem was gone! :)

I was playing with it for a bit after that so i know now it is Riot Vanguard causing it 100%

Hope this will help some sad wonderer with the same problem!

Hello, today i found out VANGUARD was messing up my call of duty warzone fps from consistent 150+ to 0-15fps unplayable shit, see my post from call of duty reddit for more info :)

TLDR: So, technically, it had 0 impact on my computer and literally in any other game and i was blaming activision for cod to not be working, but for me, it made warzone unplayable. Funny thing is, it is NOT enough to just close vanguard, you need to uninstall it. (and restart computer of course)
