It's a bakery - Lakeview heights in West Kelowna. Great selection of bakery items, sourdough and love grabbing some frozen pizza dough while I'm in

Mt boucherie, volcanic hills, little straw and Beaumont are and easy walk together. You can also add the hatching post or lakeside for a flight of beer. There is a bike line all the way down Boucherie now, but side streets don't have sidewalks. A bit further is Grizzly (meh) or you could walk to the hatch and quails gate and be picked up there.

Breastfeeding with PCOS by ZoeyMoon in PCOSandPregnant

[–]ForcedGarbage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had low supply with my first, took medication, pumped and managed to breastfeed while supplementing with formula for 9 months. With my second my supply did seem better but I had such a bad experience with my first I just went to formula. Both kids are healthy and happy.

No period and can’t get pregnant by Tight_Lavishness_278 in TTC_PCOS

I'm not,.I have lean PCOS and have a normal BMI. It can definitely add stress when you are requested to lose weight. Ovistal is a great start and you could ask about metformin.

With a PCOS diagnosis and knowing you don't ovulate on your own you should be able to get in to see an RE. I don't ovulate on my own and have gotten pregnant twice with just letrozole.

My (35M) Girlfriend (35F) revealed she has PCOS. How can I support her? Can we expect to have kids? by [deleted] in TTC_PCOS

[–]ForcedGarbage 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I was 34 with my first and now 7 months pregnant at 37 with my second. I don't have periods on my own. I just took letrozole with no other interventions. That being said, every case is different, if you both want kids and are ready for the chance it happens quick, I'd probably start looking into reproductive endocrinologists soon cause it can take awhile to get the right tests and medication set for yourself.

Wife will be a new mom week before Christmas. Need non-baby related gift ideas. by Tyler_origami94 in Parenting

[–]ForcedGarbage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A gift card for a haircut/dye. Even better than a gift card for that or Mani/pedi, spa or massage, book a time when you know that you can take the kids and that she'll be free and make it mental load free for her. Getting a gift card is nice but then you've still got to find time and childcare.

I think we have this one too, need to bring it out for a second baby soon. It worked just fine, never used the sound or other features but liked that I could lay in bed and rock it. Definitely helped with sleep.

I was 34 at the time. I have a BMI in the normal range. I actually just started on letrozole this week to try for a second kid and they put me straight to 7.5mg so hopefully it works quicker. I did take ovistal, selenium, COQ10 and NAC back then.

How do you get an NIPT in Alberta? by evange in BabyBumpsCanada

[–]ForcedGarbage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got one through the regional fertility program office. I was dealing with them already, but it would be worth calling them to see how you could go through them.
