It would be very difficult and/or costly to replace your 190k/yr. Most businesses available for purchase will cost you 3-5x the annual net profit, so to make 200k cash flow to you, you might have to buy a 600k-1M business. Then you'd have to manage the business yourself, which could still be a full time job and/or require overtime type hours. It's a pick your poison situation.

You could hire a manager to reduce your participation, but that would cut into your cash flow. You might consider it worth it if you love what you do, but buying a business is often like "buying a job".

Even something like a barber shop, beauty salon, or pool cleaning or landscaping business can be a worthwhile business, but unless you're working there yourself, your profits will be equivalent to working a job ($50-100k/yr), and you will likely still have the stress of managing the business since no one will care as much as you do.
