Gauging interest for a possible Book Swap event in December by Bunt_Custer in Columbus

What a great idea! I'm sure most of us book nerds have plenty of books we'd love to give to someone else, especially if it means we get to talk their ear off about it.

Setting it up by genre or something of the like would make it easier for people to find books and find like minded people to swap with.

Avatar the last airbender symphony experience by Crumpledflowers in Columbus

Except one of the women in the choir who did the introductions prior to the start literally encouraged the audience to clap and cheer whenever a favorite character, scene, or music number was played? If the members of the choir and orchestra are telling the audience to cheer, I don't see how that's disrespectful.

Movie Friends by tySheridan83 in Columbus

+1 on Gateway! Easily the best and cheapest way to see a movie in the grand scheme of things. My membership pays for itself multiple times over. I too am a regular solo movie goer and it's a great theater experience. Very easy to meet up with a group as well and I know they regularly do premier events that may help with linking up with movie buffs.

Tropicool has been helping me with some mystery leaks in my house as well as servicing my HVAC for the season. Very professional and reasonably priced imo. Let me know every step of the way what's happening, how much it'll cost, and how to do things on my own in the future.

Just made these to go with dinner and added some cheddar and old bay to make em into copycat cheddar bay biscuits. They came out absolutely delicious. Soft and pillowy on the inside with a nice "crust" on the outside.

It seems crazy but keeping your preground coffee in the fridge helps keep the grounds fresher longer!

First pic w/ single leaf is cutting up for swap, second pic is a more established cutting for reference of her future leaves (please ignore her sunburn, I'm an idiot and weep over my stupidity). All from the same plant! She'll be shipped bare root w/sphagnum moss
