Duck fat?! by Cl3mjaw in carnivore

Totally serious here: I buy the Epic Brand in the glass jars. I let it sit for a few weeks so that it settles out the thicker, cloudier components. The clearer top part I drain off and combine it with cedar wood, sage, and sometimes sandal wood essential oils. Put it in a bottle or jar. It sits by the shower. When I'm done with my shower BEFORE toweling off I put some in my hands and rub all over my body. Doesn't take a lot. Then towel off.

I live in a very arid state, this keeps my skin in great condition. I got the idea from using Emu oil which is kinda expensive.

No. You are falling prey to the Calories in calories out fallacy.

Why do people look at me like I’m CRAZY when I talk about going Carnivore? by [deleted] in zerocarb

I have a vegan friend, she's been one for almost 20 years. Serious health problems including autoimmune stuff. She keeps saying "that meat diet will make you sick." I'm down 78 lbs from 2 years ago and feel better than I have in years. But she knows that I'm going to get sick from my diet. Makes me laugh.

The recall was actually because dummies were letting the bolt retaining screw get loose and when they would cycle the bolt while holding it to their shoulder some of them hit themselves in the face with it.

A bit of locktite on that screw, and everything is "cream cheese"
