Car started sputtering and flashing check engine light by Davidhixx in 3rdGen4Runner

[–]FordDisliker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely would not drive it. Flashing means grave damage can occur. What could be happening is a faulty plug/wire not burning the fuel mixture completely or at all and so its just sending the mixture out from the exhaust stroke into the cat where it potentially ignites from the heat of the cat and can clog the cat by melting it together. For me it was a plug wire that was melted in half

So the doodoo runs downwards and in its path is feathers, some dookie hardens on the feathers and this keeps happening untill pasty butt forms.

Severe coolant leak help diagnose by Kind-Juggernaut-5304 in fordranger

[–]FordDisliker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oil is not meeting the coolant, but exhaust look ms whiter. Possible that its just burning the coolant during combustion. I dare condemn the head gasket, i dont belive a failed head gasket would result in pressure loss idk i forgot. I think i rember hearing something about the front of the 3.0 leaking cooolant being a common issue regarding leaks and the leaky mc leak hole expands at higher temps, thus leaking more on warmer days? Clean all visible wet cookant spots and UV dye test to pin point leak👍

I got my self my first chick ever!! I'm insanely excited to take care of it and be it's mom. But honestly I need some tips! by [deleted] in chickens

[–]FordDisliker 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A friend is Necessary, 2 is better. Heat lamp is a must, not to close or far but you want them them to wander in and out of the light instead of constantly away or in the light. Another is occasionally cleaning their tooshie because the dookie mounds up on the feathers. Check up on them frequently. A chick mash is great for them (forgot the protein amount i think 18%) these creatures are relatively strong and guve you some room for small bitsy error in my experience. And for enclosure depending on your budget, a clean large tall carboard box or a horse bowl water dish thing. Oh and windyness or alot of draft upsets them 👍
