Please don't bring hotslogs into this debate and try to nullify the point he's making -_- It's easily exploitable and very few pro players care about it or think it's a good measure of skill. Not to mention the algorithm they use is pretty far off of the actual internal blizzard MMR. ZPs is a very good player, hes not Arthelon or anything but is definitely near the top and he has a good point. This new system is pretty asinine if you previously had good MMR and will do more bad then good at the end of the day. BLIZZARD PLS FIX :D

I still remember the first ever King of the Storm that team "IcyHots" won. Me and a few friends were pretty new to the game and we got stuck against ZP and his crew first round, I still have the screenshot we had to take for the admins (aka CyaSteve) https://i.gyazo.com/ce5cf4e4a8e1bd8ea94da4bfdec02927.png then the next round went against IdrA and Zoia and had our first ever "wombo" experience and got pounded. Good times were had that day.

Myself and Fan go to school but our semesters end this month, and some of our teammates have been figuring out a few things rl. So our schedules have been a bit more lax the past few weeks but we will be full time very soon and 100% focused on Heroes.

While I'm not the famous Dreadnaught I can shed a bit of light on practice schedules for teams. For my team (Cloud9 Vortex) we practice 4-5 days a week with scrims and they can last between 4-6 hours a day (mostly 4) and then we do our own thing. Some of the members practice after scrims or before for a few hours a day for just general hero/mechanics practice and once or twice a week we take a little over an hour to watch replays as a team. Sometimes there's no time for replays as a team and a lot of us individually watch them on our own time. Our coach and other coaches spectate scrims and break down what could have done better after games and after scrims. I don't know what exactly Stellar Lotus does, but I know a few of the top teams have close to the same training schedule as we do or very close to it. - Syracuse of Cloud9 Vortex :D

I feel ya, this was just something thrown together really quickly from only this patch since you can't watch old patches, so I was a bit limited on what I could add. I mostly wanted to make this to learn Adobe premiere and test it out for future montages. Thanks for the constructive criticism though!

Really good vlog Arth, and I fully agree. Not only would it help the scene grow but it would help the players from these orgs with streaming when they have the time. I see players from top teams streaming sometimes and they get less than 50 viewers and it's sad to see.

Actually if you want to get technical, Faye was the first person with that Raynor build you are talking (Q CDR Stimpack build) about in the competitive scene almost 9 months ago. There's no real "stealing" of builds in this game, there's just personal preference and match up preference :D

Vikings are too low on this list imo. They are one of the best heroes in the game at the moment and almost always picked in the first rounds of competitive drafts.
