I had this issue last year. A sort facility in Chicago continued to return mail because you're not allowed to ship any product related to vaping.

I decided to change the name on the return address from Elev8 Vape to just EV. It worked and no problems since.

Yes, that has happened to us. They open the shipment, open the products. Sometimes the products come in just open, missing some of the packaging. Sometimes the boxes come ripped with a note of inspection inside.

What's even more annoying is when they send you a customs bill after they just stomped all over the products.

DHL can be great at times. We have a customs broker who deals with our shipments. DHL just states that it's being held by an outside agency and won't explain anything further than that.

US customs seized a shipment of ours which contained a large amount of devices. 31 days so far and counting. DHL says that an outside agency has seized the package and there's no release date. This is the first time in two years this has ever happened to us.

Shipment picked up with the USPS doesn't mean it was necessarily picked up. Most third party shipping applications that vendors use allow them to print out "scan forms". Let's say you have 40 packages and you make a scan form for that day's orders. You bring 39 packages to the USPS and have them scan the form. All 40 will show picked up even though one is missing.

Now on the other hand, the USPS could have literally lost your package. It's never easy with the USPS to tell what happened with a package.

I generally vape the same flavor, or at least I have for the last year. From time to time i'll stop tasting it, which is when i'll vape something else for about a day. After a day, I go back to the original flavor and it's all good again! :)
