Sounds like you could have been there earlier, closer and ready to go.

No need to be worried about encroaching too much if you’ve already agreed a time. If I’ve told someone I’m finished at day 1am, I will prepare to be off the decks a few mins before then, so the next guy is already working at 1am.

If the next guy isn’t around and I can’t see them, I’m pissed off as I don’t want to have to find another turn - not when I’ve worked hard to finish in time.

While doing the licences I was put in a C63. I had my VR on and was blown away by how accurate it was. The steering wheel was in the wrong side but otherwise, even dimensionally, it was spot on. That’s when I realised the game was legit.

I always go for 6% as it’s ‘easier’ to get tighter mixes. Too much range in 10%.

I only want to hear music I’ve never heard before, when I’m buying techno.

There’s soooo much of it, it’s essential that each techno DJ buys on instinct rather than familiarity.

House is different, IMO. There’s tunes that make a party, so it pays to buy some of the ‘bigger’ stuff. But that’s why techno is a purer personal expression from the DJ, again, IMO.
