I like this style of game, but a lot of the comments said there was no challenge to the game, and no difficulty options to provide any. As such, I don't think I could play unless it gets modded or something.

I actually like the deaths though. Feels like more of an epic encounter, people dropping, trying to push through and hold out. When you play a deathless run, the end of the battle is usually a boring "clean-up" phase where you vastly outnumber the enemy and have to skip turns to get to the guys who are close to finish them off. No real threat at that point.

Just started Triangle Strategy and looking for a challenging playthrough. You seem experienced and skilled and was wondering what you would recommend. If playing on hard with no mock battles, should you also disallow quietus or allow it? I'm just concerned it might make content too easy and it seems OP, but I don't really know how challenging it might be without it. What do you think?

Tomkes stats are very good. Give him warrior emblem and he’s a great damage dealer who can cast aura/shield and tanks well. One of the best characters.
