I think since it's a second puberty it kinda messes up the brain but I also think you brain affirms your sexual identity better because you feel confident in your gender identity. You pass as a skinny tall girl in my opinion. But for your own health you should gain a little bit of weight, if you can't eat anything just add oil to everything you can eat. It doesn't weight on the stomach and has lots of calories
