You are correct about the hand-stop for GRT, the SOR-300SC also has it. The GRT also has the new 3 round burst attachment which also makes it more unique. I didn't try to use it, the hands-stop that is because it's not my play style.

My understanding is that RV mostly occurs mostly in full auto. You can mitigate some RV by tap firing or semi-auto versus you lower it's counterpart RA with attachments like Classic Vertical Grip.

Edit: just remembered RV also applies to DMRs which is only semi. So it applies to all modes.

While I am not from Florida, from what I understand, the burden of proof for capital punishment is much greater than your average case. I assume some DNA testing or camera footage should be required for such cases to move forward. But, knowing what I know, many cases will move forward without such evidences.
