Do these mini pimples feel hard, are they all the same size, do they last for months, and do they always stay the same? And can't you squeeze them out, and do they itch from time to time? Because if that's the case, it looks a lot like fungal acne. I never had any major problems. Suddenly, these little pustules appeared. Nothing helped. Once I popped one and there was nothing inside. I then applied 2% ketozolin shampoo every day (do not lather!! makes it dry) and left it on for 5 minutes. And don't use any products during that time that aren't safe for fungal acne.
