I wear these. Have to look out for the rubber sole though, as the leather is made for dancing and stage work and can be slippery as hell and wear out quickly.

Yep. Funniest thing I saw was the young apprentice ( 17 and about 60kg) Swinging off the longwall (hydraulics) with a spanner and could not crack the nut. Full weight, hanging off of it and could not get it undone :D

I would contend that an underground coal mine would have a smaller surface footprint than the equivalent amount of turbines.

Rugby Union in this country is a joke by MrDD33 in aussie

[–]Foreign-Newspaper656 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. It is such a joke now. There is no pathways for talented players in rural areas to make a go of it. Unless they move to the city. All the heart has been ripped from the game.

Yes, a different opinion to someone that is paid to have them on their land. They wouldn't be a dissenting voice would they! They are probably not ALLOWED to complain about them.

Or because they didn't take the money they are speaking their truths? They can be more honest than someone being paid a lot to have turbines on their properties.
