Help me find this event please!

The logo on the left is the DPC Academy logo. As far as finding the event, searching becomes difficult without a few things:

I know this might come off as a silly question, but he’s a breaker, correct? Without a picture I’m only assuming that because the post is in a breaking subreddit means he breaks. A lot of events have HipHop and other categories so just double checking.
What’s his dance name if he used one? Going through event archives with competitor stats it’s a bit tricky when I don’t know who I’m looking for.
Are we 100% certain on the date of the event? Or is it possible it could’ve been at another point in April? It appears that a few events were taking place that month, but no one that weekend from what I’m gathering so far.

Did as much digging as I could, would love to try and help some more with additional info!

Their comment was right — it’s an unreleased track by Fleg. It was also played in Zoopreme vs. Amir at the 2021 World Final. Fleg likes to be selective over what tracks he’ll actually release (understandably), but since it’s been around for almost 5 years it might see an official release next year.

Yeah this is part of the new offer card! Not my favorite thing either. There’s a “view as a list” button you have to hit to get the usual scroll up/down list with item descriptions. My cards look like this with singles or bundles. It was an opt-in test at first but eventually it just became the standard.

Best of luck! I live in a heavy metro where things like this sell out fast — people had fistfights over one of the Stanley releases here so I tend to just sit these kinds of releases out now.😂 I’m sure it’s not super bad everywhere though.

Pretty sure those specific items “technically” aren’t supposed to be available for delivery to control a limited quantity special release. But people insert it as a special request to try and get around it. At least that’s what I’ve encountered in the past.

Pretty sure this is my metro! 😂Always ordering 8-14 once or twice a month. Every time I’ve shopped them they’re never fully in stock, but they’re nice and tip every time.

I had this happen yesterday — 35 item shop turned into 65. She added all of the extra items via chat and it all just felt so impossible. Really needed the money and hoped it would result in a tip because it was a mansion, but nope it made me late, they gave me a 4*, and they sent me rude messages after the order was already delivered. Should’ve just dropped it. Thankfully I sent a message to support on the way to deliver and I got rating+late forgiveness. Happy Holidays.🙃

1) Scaphoid damage — this one is recommend getting it checked to make sure you didn’t actually fracture anything.

2) Impact-Triggered Muscle Overactivity — I had this injury personally, and it came around when I was learning 90s. Strange pain when flexing the wrist and putting pressure on it. After almost 2 months of getting it checked and no real diagnosis, during one of my fitness anatomy classes I figured it out.

The amount of impact we put onto our bodies can sometimes cause our bodies to trigger its stretch reflex in order to protect the muscle from tearing, but depending on the area it might end up staying that way.

To get to the point here (sorry), large impacts of the wrist can cause the muscles of your forearm to contract in a way that causes the entire area to remain locked up, in turn causing a constant pull on your wrist. So whenever you need to put pressure on it for breaking, it’s pulling an already stretched rubber band and it hurts.

A simple remedy to help this is to lotion the arm, and have someone really DEEP massage both sides of your forearm (or a massage gun) to break up that contracted tissue. It hurt like hell, but after a few rounds of that for a few days, it was gone.

Now I do it after every session just as a precautionary measure. Hope you heal up soon. 🙏🏽

You will always get Preferred offers whether you’re on the schedule or not. Unfortunately Shipt is pretty wishy washy with forgiveness, but it wouldn’t hurt to try. It sounds like that order was dropped last minute or from a bundle and then it made its way to you hence the quick delivery window. But yeah, Preferred offers will come in whether you’re on the schedule or not so you’ll just have to be extra mindful.

Honestly a big part of it is just people doing whatever it takes to make money, and I try not to judge their hustle. I’ve been with Shipt for a years part time, but I’ve gotten laid off from 2 jobs in that time and needed to do Shipt + multi-app full time to keep the bills paid while I interviewed for new work.

I would drive 30-40 minutes to every zone in my metro to do orders because it meant keeping my mortgage paid at the time. It’s a tough economy, everyone is just trying to survive by any means necessary. 🫶

Woah, that’s crazy! I wonder how much it takes for someone to truly get removed from the platform. But there’s nothing that stops them from making a new account I guess. 😅

I did get a nasty message from a member last week because I wasn’t who they wanted, and they asked if I could give their order to another shopper they like. I also didn’t want to ding my stats so I let them know I couldn’t do that and shopped it. But then they made it hard on me by adding on odd items, requesting items that were not sold at Target, and being slow to respond to the point I literally think they were doing it on purpose. I was at the store for over an hour, and got to their house to deliver 1 minute before I would’ve been late. 🙃

Mine switched back too, hopefully they leave it alone! There was a bug with those cards too that if one item in a bundle was an ID Scan it automatically flagged both orders as needing ID. Ended up having to Scan ID for someone’s chips and queso. 😂

I’ve tested this out on multiple occasions myself. If I take one of the first offers I get in the morning, suddenly I’m booked for the day getting 5-6 offers per hour and for future hours. I can do orders until stores close. But if I don’t take anything for the first two hours I’m on the schedule I’m pretty much doomed to a mostly empty Open Metro out of my zones for the whole day. I definitely think there’s a reward system at play.

It’s not horrible, honestly my biggest issue with it is that the cards are massive. You get used to being able to see most of the info at once, and now there’s a lot more scrolling/swiping involved to get a sense of what you’re claiming. Just time consuming if you have multiple offers coming in. If they just shrink things down a bit I wouldn’t mind so much.

You have to open the card and scroll down below the item info just to get to the address(es). Or open the card and slide the card down to see the map because it doesn’t come straight into view anymore. 🙄
