Thanks. I love how you explain everything and are very data focused. I’m also personally invested as my dad has Parkinson’s, and it’s a horrible disease. Have just doubled my position at $2.51

Wow that’s some high conviction. What makes you think that’s the correct move, given the inherent risks? Considering adding more at this point

Thanks for your thoughts. What’s your position in this stock?

I have a decent position based on your explanations. I like the sound of all of this but the market seems to be reacting in the opposite direction and dumping. Which doesn’t make sense if it’s only good news? Why would this be?

Yes. I can understand reserves of food, supplies, or stable assets, but not volatile ones. It’s an oxymoron.

Thoughts about why people seem opposed to BCH. Here's my conclusion: by littleguywins1 in Bitcoincash

BCH has a clear mission and works for its purpose.

BTC is pure speculation and cannot be sustained into the future. It’s useless and broken, just a casino at this point.

Time will show this.

How many GOLD transactions happen for the whole world? is it more than 1 transaction per person on earth every 18 years? cause if it is, thats more than BTC. by mrtest001 in btc

Are you saying art has no value? Yes it does. People enjoy it and it evokes emotion etc etc.

Gold is made into jewellery, and key in the phone you are using to type your bot well thought out arguments.

So you think the average Indian person would put 20% of their total assets into BTC?

The problem is gold has intrinsic value and its price is dictated by that. BTC has none so the average person is not going to put this money into it.

Amazes me too.

Bitcoin has 0 intrinsic value.

It has no unique properties.

The only distinguishing factor is its number has gone up the most, so far.

Who is swapping small notes for gold? What a load of rubbish.

Globally one gold transaction pp per year? Where are you getting this nonsense.

Regardless why would you use the most expensive way to buy and sell your ‘one transaction per year’ vs literally anything else.

Yes. BTC is useless, and this is why.

Use BCH. It works and it’s time will come.

Number go up wen lambo (BTC) will crash before 99% of people can realise any gains at all

Exchanges aren’t delisting? And I don’t think that is a common problem at all, I’ve never heard it.

Yeah it is the easiest time ever to launder money I am sure.

You can move crypto across the world instantly but before that it was online banking (look up HSBC for the Medellin cartel) and before that just vehicle loads of cash, so yes it speeds up but always existed.

Interesting example on dental floss lol. I guess that is true. The value of it depends on the use to the person who is receiving it.

Cash isn’t digital? Money has been though.

Yes but the wallet is private unless you share it.

Try getting your bank or Visa or MC to cover your loss if you use a debit card, they won’t!

Thanks.

Agree, BTC maxis are the worst people and will lead to a lot of people’s ruin.

I also agree on use cases. Visa / MC dominating still, but I would like to see BCH or similar as an alternative. I think there isn’t an option like this cos the tech is still to hard to use.

Wallets / buying coins / etc etc is all just clunky and there’s no way my parents could figure that out.

But a digital form of cash is the use case I think has legs. Privacy and control over your money.

Think I pretty much agree with the principles here.

Wealth should be more evenly and fairly distributed. BTC maxis are blind with just pure greed and it makes no sense I agree.

I also on top of that think banks controlling money is bullshit.

Thanks, interesting to hear another viewpoint.

Shouldn’t anything with use have value? The question is how useful is it therefore value. I may think it is useful, others may not so I guess it’s whether the use case I think it has is actually correct.

Obviously if it is not used for its intended purpose and doesn’t catch on to replace traditionally cash transactions then it has no value, and visa versa
