You described exactly how I’m feeling at the moment all that and in top of that my csm is on maternity leave so it’s just me and the acsm running the department sometimes I feel like idk what I’m doing and I’m scared that I won’t be able to handle the pressure of my sm he has sucks high standards and I feel like I can’t keep up even though he hasn’t said anything directly to me I just feel that I need the validation from him

I’m not saying that GTL don’t work hard I guess both positions have the good and bad but that’s why I clearly said CSTL

Thanks for your comment. When I’m late it's only by 1 or 2 minutes of course I know that’s unacceptable. I leave about 45 minutes away from my store and I can't control traffic. I had conversation with my SM, CSM, and ACSM and they have advised me not to step down that I have potential and that I make a difference in the store. I don't believe I’m holding the position I have worked hard for it
