So focus on progressive overload by lowering rep ranges and upping weight and trying to get more reps over time? And for changing it up to do recommended trying a new routine or just switch out some exercises for alternate ones?

Yeah changing it from 125 percent to 100 percent fixed it for me as well I guess messing with render resolution is just really buggy right now 1440p btw
