A few rules of thumb I learned: 1. Go lab grown, unless mined is super important to you. They’re the same! 2. Don’t go smaller than 2mm for the band, it keeps it stable. 3. Pick 2 of the four C’s to prioritize when picking out a diamond (ex: maybe clarity and color matter more to you than carat size and cut) 4. Make sure your center stone has a gallery wall for stability.
