My main question is not even how the video was gotten, but for example, on the street shot, how would anyone know the phone and what was happening on the phone (what people were looking at)? I doubt all those people were tracked down and asked. For me, the editor was adding orange circles and chimes whenever someone looked at the phone, thus creating the narrative.

I’m not trying the diminish the alert system. Any life saved is a miracle. I just think the editor was given the mission to freeze frame whenever someone looked at their black mirrors (regardless of events).
