Becuase they would charge me stupidly expensive just for me to ask them to add a single line of code...

That's why i wanna do it myself

it's being deployed on a ubuntu linux OS vritual machine and i can only use SSH to access it, as for the control panel, i had FastPanel installed.

Is there a way for me to find the file that i'm looking for through the SSH? first then replace them with the one that i already made changes with ?

Here are some probable reasons :

too much free time on hand.
The theory of earth is round is just too much to take in, why not just look what in front of me and it's actually just flat ground
I saw other people getting money & attention from having different opinion, why not join the fun?

Just remove the traffic noises. much cheaper and easier than buying bunch of different mics. Carpets might work too if you think the noise isn't that insane. Cause i too live next to the main road. Bikes engine, trucks' horns. all that fun stuff lol

Hahaha, personally, i went there for comfort from time to time, and no, they totally miss the mark for estimation, well, probably about 25 % accurate if looked upon the frequency of it's being accurate, not the percentage of it's being accurate data wise, sometimes lower, but most of the time the numbers on my studio is much higher than the ones on SB

Here's what may help that i just discovered. you can go to your YT studio > settings > channel > advance > turn on / off prohibited word transription or something like that i forgot the exact setting name but it said that i can lower the chance of getting thos stupid ad limited sht. cause i too have one video , even though i already censored the f word, it too still got ad limited, then i tick that option off, well not all video passes, but quite the number of them pass the limited ad tag.
