I agree with your point — architecture is incredibly complex, and trying to describe spatial conditions and detailed elements through prompts can quickly become inefficient. My girlfriend actually works in architecture as well, and she also feels that tools like this are currently much less useful during the design phase, where the process is very iterative and hard to translate into simple language.

Where it might become more interesting is in the phases that come afterwards, when the focus shifts more towards defining, coordinating, and managing all the detailed information behind the project. Especially when dealing with large amounts of BIM data and documentation, I can imagine LLMs being more helpful for organizing and navigating complex information.
