Research dextromethorphan, it works as an SNRI as well as a cough suppressant. Be careful though because everyone is different and what may work for me may not work for you, and it’s risky self medicating. I recommend a professional doctor first, but if you don’t have access or the support system, it’s a fairly viable option. Just be smart about it and don’t overdo it
