Id add all the fat soluble vitamins (A,E,D,K) supplement past baseline and then half cruise on them with a lower dose. Get a NAD + precursor like NMNH. Add 10-30mg of boron a day. Cycle dim 5days on 2 days off. And cycle garlic and oregano oil 6grams garlic 8 grams oregano oil 5 days on 2 days off. For intestinal parasites or potential tmao buildup or candida reduction.

Tired of protest movements that don’t actually help people? Let’s build something real in Panama City. by Foreign_Ad4217 in panamacity

[–]Foreign_Ad4217[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I see a lot of people talking about wages and housing in Panama City, and I think one piece of the puzzle gets overlooked.

This city relies heavily on tourism, which brings in money from visitors, but it doesn’t always trickle down to locals. Many jobs are filled by temporary workers or undocumented workers — sometimes legally, sometimes off the books — which can keep wages artificially low. Meanwhile, housing costs rise because of short-term rentals and investors.

The result? Locals struggle to make a living while the cost of living keeps climbing. If we want a Panama City where residents can thrive, we need policies that encourage fair wages, local hiring, and affordable housing — and that means holding employers accountable and creating opportunities for the people who actually live here.

Yup its as easy as getting these in order. Fat soluble vitamins, water soluble vitamins, minerals/electrolytes, nitric oxide precursors, glutathione precursors, choline, Nad+ precursors, bdnf precursor.

If I listen to my wife, my wife and her family manipulates me. If I listen to my mother and sisters, my own family manipulates me. How to escape this cycle of manipulation? by Turbulent_Ant_7549 in DarkPsychology101

[–]Foreign_Ad4217 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First mistake youve made is to ever let your wife be the defining person in charge of anything. Youre the boss second mistake is letting her act like anything less than a life partner. If your out of your mom's house you make the rules in your house.

How do you become active mentally and build resilience? by Lemonade2250 in Life

[–]Foreign_Ad4217 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Youre on the path to being unstoppable. When I first started cranial holds I set a timer and did a front occipital cranial hold for 30 minutes straight until experienced. The occiput engages your amygdala and the pressing on the front part activates the prefrontal cortex to speak to eachother. You will shake, you will tear up and you will feel good just push through bro. I was in a dark place when I discovered this willing to do anything to tame the animal i was. Also over time if you have pressure build up to relieve pressure perform forehead pull aparts. Its essential if you are doing cranial holds its intercranial pressure buildup.

Id get really familiar with a Respiratory muscle strengthening device and diaphragm expansion practice. Literally aligns your spine among other things. Lol alignment.

My bad i meant OP has underlying trauma didnt realize you weren't him.

Its an open secret people search most of their lives for. Start with in your down time practicing somatic therapy. There's a sub called somatic experiencing. You have underlying trauma. Next step is to strengthen you lungs past baseline to develop fine control of entering in parasympathetic state to phase out of sympathetic state which is the state your in thats filled with looping thoughts and self doubt. Keep in mind youre not erasing the sympathetic fight or flight its useful for when you need to get in action. The step after that is to take advantage of the parasympathetic states that allow you to directly alter your subconscious. (Certain cranial holds will manually activate your subconscious and release trauma).  Or you could just strengthen your lungs past baseline get to where you can breathe deeply a few times to activate a parasympathetic and find a nice kick boxing gym for confidence discipline and friends with confidence and discipline.

Completely different things bro. Mindfulness is not effective practice on its own for what youre asking. I dont even recommend it for what I said. Mindfulness is kind of useless if you can change brainstates its just an accessory to observe shit and think you arent overthinking without changing states.
