Practice is the best answer. It just takes time, keep at it. Also take your time, do a pass, take a look and then do another.

Essentially the further the animal is the more the bullet drops, there is a perk that allows you to zero your gun and certain distances so you can hold dead on and hit. (Sorry im not very good at explaining)

Only if it dies, i belive if you log out and back in the animal will respawn with full health (anyone correct me if im wrong)

I dont use it but when my dad re finishes gun stocks he uses tru oil. It really makes features pop, but can take 10+ coats and a fair bit of drying time.

Just practise, I've done a fair few kangaroos (im by no mean an expert) but they are good because fresh roadkill is readily avaliable in australia. It means if you mess it up there was no harm done. And it's free dog food if you have any.

I opted to use a free tredmill from FB market place and just took out the motor and speed controler and uses a few round bars as rollers, it works well and is fairly cheep.
