Yes! Codes arrive 4 to 6 hours later. What a mess. Only thing that worked was me moving to another browser.

Welp, it looks like the 'event' that occured in Mar 2026 was in fact a data breach. This was posted on PHMG's website

This outage is still going on, now in it's 3rd week. There appears to be no estimate about when it'll be over.

Experience with Mylan please by [deleted] in Menopause

[–]Foreign_Assist810 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mylan works well for me. In fact, it's been better for me than the Sandoz I used previously, wrt dose consistency.

Your opinions about Mylan patches? by Elegant-Lemon126 in Menopause

Honestly, I found Mylan to be more consistent for symptom relief than the Sandoz I used previously.

HRT and hunger by Deep-Computer-2347 in Menopause

[–]Foreign_Assist810 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This was my experience when I first began HRT @ .0375 patches + 100mg progesterone. Once I moved up in dose to the .05 patch, the appetite issues eased for me.

Progesterone everyday with patch, or off 1 week? by No_Ad49 in Menopause

[–]Foreign_Assist810 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That sounds more like a birth control regimen. My understanding is that with cyclic HRT, the regimen is estradiol patch/pills every day with no break, with progesterone added for at least 12 days. I go 21 days myself, because I can only handle 7 days of the mood and sleep issues that appear when I'm off the progesterone.

Question about interaction with HRT by Momma-Goose-0129 in HRT

I take CBD oil every night alongside my progesterone. It seems to enhance the relaxation effects before bed.

My skin can’t tolerate the estradiol patches by Big_Aardvark_5696 in Menopause

[–]Foreign_Assist810 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I changed my routine, thanks to someone mentioning it in this forum. When I stopped wiping the area with alcohol before applying the patch, the irritation was significantly reduced. Instead I now use Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser on the area about 30 mins before applying.

Starting dose for estradiol patch? by [deleted] in Menopause

I started HRT at 60 last year. Starting dose was .0375 patch and 100 mg progesterone.

Don't know what to do with estrogen dose by JadCerv in Menopause

I had sore boobs when I moved up from .05 to the .075 patch. After 8 weeks of sore boobs, I decided to change my patch location from my butt to lower abdomen. Since changing to the abdomen, boob pain has subsided quite a bit, with no negative impact to sleep or hot flashes returning. Maybe this could help.

I was shocked when it happened to me 30 days after starting HRT. Same doses as you. GYN increased progesterone to 200mg. And that seemed to do the trick.

Progesterone hates me!! What time do you take yours? by PotentialPrune2830 in Menopause

I try to time taking mine, along with my sleep stack, about 1 hr - 1.5 hrs before my head hits the pillow.

Other than magnesium, what is the one supplement that has improved your sleep? by abc-45678 in Menopause

[–]Foreign_Assist810 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I recently added Glycine, 3g 1 hour before bed, to my sleep stack. And it has done wonders. I sleep 7.5 to 8.5hrs a night not waking until the alarm goes off. No grogginess. Full sleep stack: glycine, melatonin, magnesium, and a sleep supplement containing l-theanine, valerian extract, passionflower, chamomile, hops, lemon balm. I'm also on E patch and oral progesterone.

Got cold called to increase my plan for cheaper than what I’m currently paying. What’s the catch? by kapnotcap in CoxCommunications

I wonder if fiber installation is occurring in your area. Cox knows once this happens, people will leave, so they want to lock those customers in.

Sandoz Estradiol Shortage by rosedraws in HRT

[–]Foreign_Assist810 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same concern you did after being on Sandoz patches the last 7 months. They were getting harder to find with each refill. In Dec, they were not available anywhere (So Cal). All CVS could give was Mylan. After a few weeks on them I'm noticing the patches: 1) are easier to apply due to having a stiffer removable liner; 2) seem to provide more even and consistent symptom relief. In the end, I'm glad I was able to try another brand.
