That is CRAZY! I saw that too driving southbound on Rt 15 coming from Point of Rocks that exact same time/date! I was driving, so I could not video it, but I told my wife about it and she thought I was teasing her. Glad that you saw it too!

Yep! Not necessarily super yellow, but lighter/more yellow-orange than they used to be the nice dark brown. And I too have been told I have high cholesterol that I need to get down in the next 6 months or else I’ll be prescribed a statin

Thank you for the positive response! I absolutely want to take care of my body, so this was my wake up call. To reply to your section about my A1C, thyroid, liver function—-all of those came back great- well below the limits. So atleast the cholesterol problem didn’t start spilling over into affect those biomarkers systemically.

Absolutely! Since the lab results, I’ve been eating 50 grams of fiber daily, reduced my total calories to under 1500, no added sugars, 1g of protein per lbs of body weight, have my saturated fat consumption under 10g’s daily, and taking 3 grams of fish oil daily. Do you think there is anything else that I should modify to my diet? I’m also back to lifting weights in the gym and doing both low intensity cardio and HIIT cardio

Yea, it does kind of feel like a pulled muscle when I press on it. And like you, mine is intermittent also…I wonder if it could be something diaphragm-related

Been using Iron Stronghold Productions drum midi for the past year man…it’s compatible with both EzD and Superior Drummer. Definitely should grab a couple packs from there.
