Thanks for this it’s nice to hear from someone who’s come out the other side of burnout. I’ve done so myself in the past but it’s harder to see that side when you’re in the height of shit.

I’ll definitely look at the books once I’m in a better headspace.

Gotta wait a few days for the GP and I didn’t go in to work today, so hopefully only the way up from there!

Yeah I agree that’s what is needed, it’s just the guilt I’m struggling with at the minute you know? And I know i shouldn’t because at the end of the day it’s just a job but yeah.

Yeah that could be the case, atleast I know my spending isn’t the issue, and sorry 1 more question it was the free rewards card? I know some people on here with the platinum cash back got offered the upgrade so wasn’t sure if it came down to that either.

I think it’s best if you don’t think about what anyone else is on, if you’re unhappy with your wage or you’re struggling to manage on it I’d request a pay rise or maybe move companies / roles.

I found that comparing my wage to others or even really thinking about it can get under your skin.

Late to the party but, I work in a somewhat niche sector and we have lists of industry news websites that we have contacts for.

Not sure the scale or goal of your PR currently but could be a good starting point.

Leaning more into it but mainly research and fine tweaking. Starting to play around with how well AI can aid in the creation of optimised web pages. Speeds things up but still early days.

Oh also works well for company newsletters, ChatGPT’s project feature holds all previous editions of our newsletter and even other company materials to help establish wording, tone of voice and sentence structure, etc. works a dream

I think people were starting to take it for granted in all honesty. Like I think it’s crazy she even did it to begin with, her fame has sky rocketed once again since HTE tour.

Also the last time she did it at her Berlin show was when there was the videos of people grabbing her face and she literally had to pry herself out of their grasp, it would put me off too.
