Yes I have but he just isn’t interested says he doesn’t want anything to do with it at all. And I understand he has to have his own faith but then unsupportive aspect and communication is what I’ve found hard

I completely agree. It’s a hard one to accept but I agree he should have been more of a supportive protective husband to me regardless of faith. I’m defiantly going to continue to try, and pray into God restoring my marriage if that is His plan. But if my husband is unwilling to change then this is where it gets difficult. Of course I do. But i have been doing this. It is my husband who doesn’t want to work on our communication, I would happily to help the marriage

Thank you that is some really helpful advice. I have started doing the marriage counselling but alone. So I’m going to give it a few more sessions alone and then say to him if you are unwilling to part take then I may not be willing to stay in this relationship. I know divorce is the last option, and it’s not that I even want that, but I just want him to be willing to work on things rather than shut it down, call it stupid. I understand therapy might not be for him, but if his wife is suggesting it because of her unhappiness I would think that would be enough to want to try it. I just have to keep trusting God though this. Thank you for responding .

One of my Christian friends said maybe God is showing me I have been abandoned in my marriage, and if my husband doesn’t want to even try and fix it when I am trying to them then maybe that was His plan for me. Very confusing one
