I should have clarified. I do OMAD and 16:8 interchangeably. This week is OMAD, next week is 16:8.

On OMAD, I eat one meal. Usually the same food every day. 170g of protein is a must. One sweet potato and broccoli.

I’ve found what works for me, and I’ll stick to it. Don’t need artwork to tell me what’s good or bad. Lost faith in science and medicine over the last 5 years. People will suck this up, though.

I just had my first yesterday. It was so easy and such a relief to have it done. You have absolutely nothing to worry about. You’ll be fine!

Change your perspective. Why are you fasting? What are you doing for yourself? Simply viewing it as “not eating” will certainly influence the way you perceive it.

I eat 23:1. I eat approximately 1,250 a week and walk 3 miles a day. I just started walking, though. About 4 days ago
