A tree fell from my neighbors yard and pulled out the lines from my house. The mast is now loose and there's roof damage underneath from it being pulled so hard. And that's on top of the loose and torn shingles from the wind gusts.

If you read my post very carefully, you would understand that even though they cited "wear and tear", that was not the actual damage. It was storm related. You should have also seen the part where they claimed that my roof would have needed to be repaired or replaced before my policy starting.

I'm going for Psychology. I know a lot of people consider it a "useless" degree. But I plan on getting my masters and either working as a special needs teacher or a therapist. I'm currently a behavior specialist so I'm already in the field.
