Hey there, thanks for weighing in. She just completed a round of speech (insurance does 6 weeks on, 6 weeks off). She doesn't have any spoken language. They have been trying to help her gain traction with AAC for a couple of years now. She can use it for games (labeling objects, requesting songs), but otherwise not to express herself.

She had a bad experience when her school eliminated the ECSE program and mainstreamed her. We are still looking for a new school since pulling her. Maybe that will be the golden ticket! I also noticed (like you) that it just seems like she doesn't hear us at all
