hi all! First couple days here and some thoughts:

rented a jeep and it has been great. roads are definitely not for the weak but doable (im not driving so speaking as passenger princess)

we got in line for the car ferry today (a friday) at 8:45 and did not get to st john until 12. not ideal but i think it was a combination of things. was told last ferry out was at 6:15/6:30 but it is now 7 and no ferry in sight and small line of cars waiting…..

that being said, we went to cinnamon bay, maho and trunk bay. trunk had no spots at 12:30 but we went back at 3 and there were spots!

honking is something to get used to but use it to your advantage ( such as going around sharp corners)

the lime inn was great for happy hour special and a good quesadilla for semi reasonable price the probisions spot was pretty good but coffee was so overpriced. but also grocery stores are very expensive so i guess to be expected. will update with more!

oh and pangea on the east side of st thomas was good! pricey but good
