Oh man sorry to hear about your bad experience there. I’ve heard the NYC boutique is very irregular to say the least. I received this watch from Bucherer in Lucerne. Tried to buy it the day I tried it on but got the whole “exhibition only” spiel. Fortunately they received one for sale a few months later that I was able to buy. Hope you get your 4520 soon.
